Payment
The Box Office accepts Cash, American Express, Master Card &
Visa. NO Checks. A 3% credit card fee will be added on to each ticket.
Cash is the cheapest way to purchase tickets.
Tickets
Tickets are available for sale in person at the Booth
Amphitheatre box office. The Amphitheatre box office is located next to
the main entrance at the Amphitheatre and is open Monday to Friday from
NOON to 6:00PM and Saturdays 10:00AM to 1:00PM.
Tickets can also be purchased using Ticketmaster’s
charge-by-phone service (919-834-4000) or
Ticketmaster’s online service, and in person at approved
Ticketmaster outlets.

Refund Policy
• All sales are final.
• There are no refunds or exchanges.
• All shows are rain or shine.
• Tickets are subject to availability.
• All dates, times and acts are subject to change.
Please note: In the event of a canceled
event, refunds will be given at the point of purchase only. Original
tickets and original method of payment must be presented at the Box
Office or TM outlets in order to receive a refund.
Children
For select events children 12 and under are permitted free
on the lawn only. Children 2 & under are free in any area as long as
they sit on a parents lap. Ages 3-12 sitting in the gold circle and
table area must have a ticket.
Seating
Reserved: Top Price seats (Gold Circle) are located in
front of the stage for select shows.
Lawn: Seats are located behind the reserved seating area. Lawn Chairs
available to rent for a fee of $5.00. A portion of lawnchair rental fee
goes to charity. Patrons may bring their own lawn chairs to all events.
Parking
Parking is located adjacent to the Amphitheatre and is free
of charge. A preferred parking lot is available for select events and
provides up-front parking for a fee of $10.
Gates / Door Times
Parking lots open 90 minutes before show time. Venue doors
usually open 60 minutes before show time.
Weather
All events are Rain or Shine.
Our Movies by Moonlight series are weather dependent,
please call ahead (919) 462-2052.
Guests With Disabilities
The Booth Amphitheatre offers special seating areas, assisted listening
devices, and interpreters’ services if needed. Visit our

Prohibited Items
The staff at the Booth Amphitheatre is dedicated to your safety
therefore, no weapons of any kind will be allowed into the venue.
Cameras / Recorders
A majority of our events do not allow cameras, audio, or video recording
at the performer’s request. Some artists will allow small cameras;
please check our website or call ahead to be sure.
Food and Beverage
One (1) bottle of Factory sealed water is permitted, otherwise, outside
food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue during events with
the exception of NC Symphony events.

ATM
We have an ATM located at the front gate next to the Box Office and an
ATM is also available inside the venue for your convenience. American
Express, Discover, Master Card, & Visa are accepted at all of our
concession windows.
Medical Services
Specially trained medical service providers are on-site for all events
to handle medical emergencies. |
